This hotel allowed me to indulge in a luxurious experience, the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations with a lovely continental breakfast, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area all at my disposal.
The only minor issue was the limited choice of food options in the dinner buffet. the quality of food was still up to par with the hotel's high standards and the outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities made up for it.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were funny, everything was perfect. Service was really welcoming, that made the venue relaxing place. Foyer was wonderful. The venue was in a central location just off city center and the airport and the Medina.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a budget-friendly hotel. The location was fantastic, with a mall just a short walk away. I also enjoyed the convenience of being close to a shopping centre, where I could easily find everything I needed. there was a totally French market nearby, although the restaurant service there was not up to par. On a positive note, I discovered an incredible restaurant called Gusto, which served mouthwatering dishes. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a water slide and a playground for the kids, making it a great choice for families.
The limited availability of the shuttle bus to the Medina, which I didn't book in advance. However, taxis were conveniently available outside the hotel for a small fee.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Miss Maria at the reception. The atmosphere in the hotel was always lively and enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic animation team. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. My son loved the little farm on the grounds. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to Gusto restaurant and other all-inclusive clubs we have visited before. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of food to choose from.
